I mean, dude. That's tiny. Where do you put a guest - not just to sleep, but just to visit? Does he sit on the floor or at the table? Maybe on the bed? Where do your books go? Where does your computer go? Where is your closet?
It is very pretty, though.

Egad. Everything, everything is fold-away or hideable. Bed. Table. Chairs. Even the bathtub hides under a wooden grating.
It's really an amazing design...but my word. It's tiny. You click "Go to bedroom" in the VR tour, and you move about five feet across the room from the kitchen.
