Commend Me Your Demon Likkers
I don't drink much. I've liked some dessert wines, Irish creams, ouzo, ciders, and kinda liked a few no-name beers I've tried.

I am interested in expanding my palate, though; any recommendations, if you please? :)

Light?
Dark?
Session Beers?
High Gravity?

Give me something to work with here. I mean, it's not like you know a beer geek / snob or anything

Remember, I'm more or less a tabula rasa.

Left Hand JuJu Ginger . hands down. it's light, crisp, and nicely spiced.

Sweetwater Summer Hummer, which may not exist outside of Georgia.

Victory Tripilsner Next to Victory's Prima, and excellent Pilsner and starter beer. And this coming from the guy who doesn't like hops.

Ace Pear Cider. Hands down, the best. Clean, crisp, and taste of pear so it must be good for you.

Original Sin It has more of a bite than Woodchuck and I think it has more apple flavor.

Victory Golden Monkey It's the chai of beer. For serious.

Left Hand Milk Stout it uses lactic sugar, so it's an actual milk stout like Guiness used to be. It's much softer over the beer that eats like a meal and is my favorite stout at the moment.

Other / General:

Dogfish Head anything, I've yet to have a bad beer from them. Pangea is excellent for the price tag. Black and Blue is also highly recommended.

Unibroue anything. The best thing to come out of Quebec. Again, never a bad beer including the light selection they have, though Trois Pistoles and La Fin Du Monde are my favorites.

Give me a couple days to mull over some more of what I like and think you would. Geeze man, just come to Georgia and let me take you to Trappeze

I've fallen into a good system of Patron shots, followed by Bud Light with Lime. It hasn't done me wrong yet!! XD

Why would you do that to yourself?

Patron is pretty decent Tequila - they higher priced stuff being excellent.

Bud Light with Lime is Swill! Though I am curious as to when InBev is going to switch Budweiser with Foldger's Crystals and see if anyone notices.
